All our foam complies to Furniture Fire Specifications Ignition Source 5. It can be cut to any size, shape or thickness. Simple shapes can be ordered on line. Send a paper template for more complex ones, it is charged by the biggest overall measurement. Please ask for advice if you are not sure what type you need or how to calculate the price. The following is a guide only.
F14-Firm for harder seats & thinner cushions
F11 – Suitable for Soft/Medium seat and back cushions
F10-Medium/firm foam for seats, drop in seats & headboards
F12-Supersoft Foam Best for Soft Back Cushions

Please note that the minimum depth we can cut foam to is 1″
You will need to allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your foam as all pieces are cut to size
Foam is priced by the sqr ft per inch of depth.
For Example Calculating the price of a piece of foam 22″ x 24″ x 3″.
multiply all the inch (or parts thereof) measurements together and then divide the sum by 144 to get sqr ft this will = 11 sqr ft per inch of depth. Therefore 11 is quantity reqd.
If you want more than one piece in that size write the details like this 3 No 22″ x 24″ x 3″
To price each piece of your foam multiply 11 by the price per sqr ft.
