Course Terms and Conditions

Special terms & conditions apply to our courses


  • Payment will be required in full for bookings cancelled 14 days or less before the start date of the class

  • On cancellations giving more notice, 50% is refundable only if another student fills the place/s booked.

  • All course fees are due, in full, one month prior to course commencement date

  • J A Milton reserve the right to re-arrange course dates if necessary.

  • If necessary appropriate replacement cover for a teacher may be made. Every effort would be made to notify students in advance of the lesson

  • This course may be withdrawn, suspended or discontinued by J A Milton Upholstery Supplies Ltd at any time.

  • If courses are discontinued by J A Milton Upholstery Supplies Ltd once begun, a pro-rata refund or credit will normally be made, with an adjustment for any goods or materials supplied and any other out of pocket expenses incurred or committed.

  • If a course is discontinued by the customer, any refund or credit will be at the discretion of J A Milton Upholstery Supplies Ltd.


  • J A Milton will not be liable for any work carried out during the classes.

  • All furniture and materials brought onto the premises is there at owner’s risk.
