Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £120* to most UK areas.

Post & Packing costs will be based on the weight of your order and the delivery area. Bulk charges may apply to orders that are heavy and/or bulky. It will be automatically calculated at the end of your order. You may cancel your order at any stage of the ordering process.

Alternatively, you can email your order to us, and we will calculate the delivery charge for you, including any discounts or bulk charges.

UK Delivery

Mainland UK dispatch is by Royal Mail or with a Carrier on a 24 or 48 hour service as appropriate (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, at busy times please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. (A longer delivery period may be quoted for bespoke products or items not in stock).

Orders received after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.

Please note: Aerosols can only be sent by carrier at the higher carriage rate, not by Royal Mail.

International Shipping

Please note that import restrictions on certain products or materials may apply and can vary between countries. Please check your local custom requirements before placing an order for international delivery. We will not be liable for goods retained at customs, or any extra duties that apply.

Returned items must be accompanied by our returns form click here.

If you choose to return any product to us, you are responsible for the carriage fees. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit or due to bad packing.
